Sidecar is led by Randy Kinne. Most recently, performance and stability architect on the Experience Platform team at Intuit Mailchimp. Direction, quality, and approach across the company’s web infrastructure: APIs, multiple frontend frameworks, UI components, toolchains, and AI exploration. Before that, tech lead of the recommendations engine, optimizing in-product feature discovery for 13M+ active email marketers.

We’ve built routing, recommendations, and personalization at scale, so we can tell you which AI moves the business and which is theater. We work on AI that makes strong teams sharper, not AI that replaces them. If the goal is reducing headcount, we’re not the right shop.
